Robbie Lober is the Managing Member of Lober Real Estate, serving as an industrial real estate specialist in the Tampa Bay market. His in-depth knowledge of the industrial space, hard work, and tenacity have propelled him to become one of Central Florida's top producers at an extremely young age. Robbie currently represents approximately 600,000 SF of leasing assignments in the Tampa MSA and has closed over $50MM worth of transaction value (leases and sales). Robbie is a Tampa native who enjoys fishing, traveling, playing men's softball, golfing, following sports, and spending time with his family and friends." Devin Beeler is a Senior Associate with Lober Real Estate, serving the industrial & land markets in the Central Florida region. Devin assists clients in off-market acquisitions, tenant & landlord representation, and investment sales. Prior to joining Lober Real Estate, Devin worked with KPMG as a Certified Public Accountant (C.P.A.) advising national and global real estate companies. Devin is a Tampa native, born and raised in Pinellas County. He enjoys spending time with his wife, dog (Oliver), and friends, watching, and playing sports.

Devin Beeler
Devin Beeler is a Tampa native and an industrial real estate broker, focused primarily on industrial leasing and investment sales across Central Florida. He works closely with landlords and ownership groups to lease, stabilize, and reposition industrial properties ranging from standalone warehouses, multi-tenant parks, industrial outdoor storage (IOS), truck terminals, and industrial land.
Devin and his team currently oversee approximately 1.5 million square feet of active landlord leasing assignments, giving them a constant, real-time pulse on tenant demand, deal terms, and market movement throughout the Tampa Bay, Lakeland, and I-4 corridor markets. His approach is proactive, hands-on and operationally driven, with a strong emphasis on site functionality, zoning, access, and tenant fit – not just marketing.
Known for being responsive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused, Devin acts as an extension of ownership teams, helping landlords navigate leasing decisions, capital improvements, and tenant negotiations with clarity and confidence.
Devin is a graduate of the University of South Florida, where he received his Bachelor’s in Accounting and a graduate of the University of Georgia, where he received his Master’s in Accounting and Data & Analytics. Devin also maintains an active CPA license.

Alec Seow
Alec Seow is an industrial real estate broker specializing in the leasing, acquisition, and disposition of industrial properties for investors and owner-users. He brings a disciplined, analytical approach to each assignment, informed by a strong foundation in risk management, financial analysis, and consultative sales.
Alec began his professional career in the property and casualty insurance industry, where he developed a practical understanding of risk evaluation, asset protection, and underwriting considerations that directly translate to commercial real estate decision-making. This background allows him to assess transactions with a comprehensive view of both operational and financial risk.
He has three years of experience in commercial real estate and began his brokerage career in East Tennessee with Wallace Commercial, where he gained hands-on exposure to industrial leasing, market analysis, and transaction execution. Alec is known for his attention to detail, responsiveness, and ability to guide clients through complex decisions with clarity and confidence.
Today, Alec focuses on delivering thoughtful, value-driven outcomes by aligning real estate strategy with each client’s operational needs and long-term objectives. He is committed to providing reliable market insight and consistent execution throughout every stage of the transaction
Jason McCormick
Jason McCormick advises investors and occupiers of industrial real estate and industrial outdoor storage (IOS) properties throughout Florida. A licensed broker for nearly a decade, Jason’s work is informed by a strong background in industrial site selection and portfolio strategy, with a clear understanding of how business operations, infrastructure, workforce dynamics, and market conditions directly influence real estate decisions.
Over the course of his career, Jason has advised clients on transactions and strategies supporting more than $7 billion in capital investment, 40 million square feet of industrial space, and approximately 80 industrial and IOS transactions. His experience spans institutional and entrepreneurial environments, including advisory roles at JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, and Lober Real Estate, where he brings a practical, execution-oriented perspective to complex real estate challenges.
Jason is known for his thoughtful, data-driven approach and his ability to align real estate strategy with long-term business and investment objectives.
